“Kim Joonmyeon?” I repeated to myself as my brows furrowed. I didn’t mean to be nosey but somehow the anger coming from the woman across the room caused me to turn my head. From a distance, I saw a familiar man dressed in a simple black t-shirt, khaki short, with tennis shoes that seemed rather dirtier than anything else he was wearing. His chest was heaving profoundly, hands clenched into fists while his pupils were throbbing by each impulse, and I swore I’d seen this position once before. In front of him was a small petite woman that had heels to keep the eye level between them as she simply carried a sweater shirt and jeans. I could barely distinguish her features because of the bangs in her eyes along the wild but collective wavy locks that fell down her cheeks. This couple looked like they were about to rip each other’s head’s off. My jaw dropped as this woman took action again; viciously slapping him across the cheek. Again, more deeply as I saw his foot stumble back an inch. However, Joonmyeon refused to re-act neither respond by stopping those claws from aiming at his reddened flesh. Joonmyeon glared toward her briefly but said nothing. “You ing horrible bastard!” The woman voiced rather loudly. Customers took notice yet found it was none of their business. Xiumin managed to spot the scene and gaped. “Damn, his face is redder than a clown’s nose.” He whispered towards me. I nodded sheepishly when the woman stormed out the café. They had been standing beside the table but now, Joonmyeon was standing there alone and very pissed. I didn’t wasn’t to pry about this, but the guy really looked pitiful. Did he do something wrong, something he deserved?
Oh, this was none of my business! Why did I keep thinking about it? It was best to turn the other cheek. I closed my eyes briefly; eyeing him one last time yet froze once he met my gaze. Joonmyeon furrowed his brows gravitating towards our table but he stopped. Now couldn’t be the best time to be introducing himself when he just got slapped in public by a mysterious girl. So, without a word still, he quickly gathered his bag and walked out that door just a fast. “Wonder what he did," Xiumin followed the figures that were outside now. I took a look out the same window to find them in the parking lot. They seemed to have driven here together; now leaving them to leave together I suppose. “Yeah.. she looks pretty upset, they both do.” I pointed out while I finished off my bunt cake quietly. My eyes flickered back to the window that showed the two from a far. They were going at it again; the woman even going as far as to shove him here and there as Joonmyeon retaliated with shoving her mildly back. I couldn’t believe my eyes. I hadn’t seen this before and I really wanted to ignore it, but given the fact I was going to have to see him again this week was unfortunate. Xiumin cleared his throat, “So, how have you been?” He asked. I sighed to myself, “I’m okay. Kai slept over.” I raised my brow playfully as my famous dimple smile showed in the process. Xiumin gagged, “Ew, no, I was hoping it wouldn’t come down to this, but…are you using condoms?” I nearly choked on nothing. Man, it’s no wonder my mother liked him; they were alike like freaking clown fish. “No! He only stayed the night because of the weather.” I explaine
