-building amenities: in house gym, recreational lounge, rooftop, security, garage
-utilities included, must split internet/cable
-must help clean up around the apartment regularly

Wendy had found that post by chance and after a cursory look at the pictures, it almost seemed too good to be true. And with Wendy’s best friend and roommate moving in with her girlfriend, she couldn’t afford her current apartment on her own. 

Oh! And it’s close to campus!

Wendy doesn’t think twice before messaging the person who posted the space. And she almost decides not to because there’s no profile picture of the person who posted it. There’s a little green dot indicating Bae Joohyun was online though. 

To Bae Joohyun: Hi, my name is Son Seungwan and I saw your post about the apartment? [attached link]

The green light disappears and Wendy feels like her chances have all but disappeared. It also doesn’t help that it is 2:37am.

Wendy sighs and continues to sift through the posts until she sees a notification about five minutes later. 

From Bae Joohyun: Is your name Seungwan or Wendy?

Wendy perks up at the response. 

To Bae Joohyun: I go by Seungwan for school but Wendy is fine!

Wendy furrows her brow at the simple answers from Bae Joohyun and feels her spidey senses tingling. Maybe it is too good to be true.
