It's pretty late on a Saturday night and they're both in their comfortable clothes. Seungwan in her casual shirt and shorts, Joohyun in well loved track pants and one of her girlfriend's stolen hoodies. It's just them in this moment, just Joohyun and Seungwan.

Joohyun snuggles her head on Seungwan's chest, listening to that soft music her girlfriend's heart always sings. The rhythm is calming, peaceful.

Seungwan cards her hand through Joohyun's hair gently, receiving a welcoming hum in return.

Two glasses of red wine sit on the coffee table, one half empty and the other barely touched. Lights in the room are dimmed. A soft melody plays from an LP borrowed from Seulgi.

"I like this," Joohyun says, voice quiet as if any louder wuld break the bubble they are in.

Seungwan hums in agreement. It's not always that they get to have a day off on the same day, after all. She places a kiss on Joohyun's head, careful not to jostle the older girl from her comfortable perch.

Then she smells it.

"Did you use my shampoo again?"

Joohyun shrugs slightly, a pretense neither of them buy.

"Mine ran out."

Seungwan knows how Joohyun bulk buys her products and that she in fact has a few spares stashed in the bathroom cabinet. This could only mean one thing.

"Were you upset I was with Joy the whole day?" she asks softly.

Joohyun doesn't say anything. She snuggles closer, body now mostly splayed on top of Seungwan and face half buried on her neck. Joohyun has always admitted to liking the way Seungwan smelled.

Seungwan holds her, hands protectively splayed on her back. She scratches lightly over the fabric of the hoodie coaxing Joohyun into soft comfort. She feels her girlfriend melt against her and she gives her another kiss.

"We were only looking for a christmas present for Seulgi," Seungwan tells her.

"I wasn't jealous."

Joohyun's words are muffled but Seungwan understands her anyway. She always does.

"Okay," she says instead. "I love you."

She feels lips on her neck and hears a soft "I love you too."
