Dahyun hated it. She hated every word that came out of Sana's mouth in that moment.

Sana was being selfish.

Or was it Dahyun the one being selfish?

She understood Sana's point, but Dahyun believes their situation it's different to other couples. They just needed to explain it to the kids and they will undestand.

Dahyun didn't want to accept Sana's idea and she knew very well she wasn't just doing it because of the kids. Sana was lying, but if that was what the japanese girl wanted, then Dahyun would give her distance.

Their New Year's dinner wasn't the best in the world, but Lisa and Chaeyoung did a good job lifting the mood so it didn't became awkward. Dahyun didn't talk alone to Sana. She was still upset, so their new year hug was totally weird and lasted less than a second.

On monday it was finally time for Dahyun to pick up the kids to take them to school. They barely greeted each other and just hurried the children to get in the car. Now she was sitting in her office not being able to get Sana out of her mind.

Dahyun wondered when did things change for them. They went from liking each other even though they knew things were done long time ago, to now wanting to be away from the other 'for the kids'.  But it was probably because of what happened between them during christmas.

Dahyun left her office feeling upset. She didn't want to start her day distracted by Sana and her speech about distance. She ignored Lisa's greeting and went directly to the cafeteria.

There was almost no one there since it was so early.

She sat drinking her coffee, lost in her thoughts, till she saw Kyulkyung walking in, not noticing her at first. Dahyun couldn't help to notce how the other doctor managed to always look beautiful every time she saw her. Kyulkyung turned around after getting coffee and finally noticed Dahyun sitting in the table close to her. She smiled friendly at her.

"What are you doing here so early?" The woman asked, taking a seat next to her. "Don't you have patients?"

"Nothing of emergency. I've been feeling very distracted today." 

"Oh, that makes us two. I got here too early today."

Dahyun couldn't help but look at her pink lips. Doctor Zhou was indeed a very beautiful woman.  Kyulkyung had a big smile on her face, she definitenly noticed the way the korean woman was looking
